OJ Crew expanding activities in Riga, Latvia! OJ Crew Riga office is looking for a Crew Coordinator/ Recruiter, who is willing to take new challenges and join our great and growing team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB: 

• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Experience in the position of Recruiter or Hr Manager or HR Assistant or any relevant in maritime crewing;
• Bachelor's degree diploma;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Crew coordinator/ Recruiter's main task is to coordinate the crew once recruited in direct communication, assist HR Manager and seek new candidates utilizing working tools and databases of OJ CREW,  assist with all OJ CREW Vacancies closing, by performing candidate searching, selection, head haunting, interviewing, etc., preparing candidates for final review by HR manager.
The recruiter is also responsible for associated administrative daily tasks as per the job description and as delegated by Senior Recruiter.

PREFERRED ABILITIES:

• Teamwork and understanding the importance of Teamwork;
• Knowledge of Maritime industry regulations and standards;
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Knowledge of MLC & understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Standards;
• Positive attitude and proactive behavior;
• Good communicational skills, the ability to understand detailed information;
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;
• Good ability to work under flexible time schedules and manage different databases;
