Job Description

OJ Crew is expanding activities and therefore looking for a Recruiter, who is willing to take new challenges and join our great and growing team.

MAIN RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiter main task is to seek new candidates utilizing working tools and databases of OJ CREW,  assist with all OJ CREW Vacancies closing, by performing candidates searching, selection, head haunting, interviewing, etc., preparing candidates for final review by HR manager.
Recruiter is also responsible for associated administrative daily tasks as per job description and as delegated by Head of HR.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
Teamwork and understanding importance of Teamwork;
Knowledge of Maritime industry regulations and standards;
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook;
Knowledge of MLC & understanding of ISO Standards;
Positive attitude and proactive behavior;
Good communicational skills, the ability to understand detailed information;
Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;
To be proactive and show initiative in order to assist HR Managers in all recruitment related tasks;
Attention to details.

Salary package: 1000 - 1400 eu "on hands"(after taxes) - depending on experience
- Base salary range depending on experience, with possibility of growth
- Quarterly and yearly bonuses, depending on KPI results
- Petrol allowance for private car, after probation period
